ORDERING Quantity
There is no minimum order for standard range.
We recommend that you buy approximately 10% more tile than required for your project. This will allow for any breakage that might occur during shipment or installation.
If you have questions about the style and the quantity of tile you might require for your project, please let us know.
PRICES:
When you send us your choice with the needed quantity you will receive a pro-forma invoice ex-works within 2 working days.
When you specify the delivery term, we send you a final pro-forma with all other details (transport cost by air or by sea, number of pallet, gross & net weight.) For all international orders, customers are responsible for customs and import duties of the destination country.
DILEVERY TERMS
- EX-WORKS
- FOB (the client designate the carrier)
- CFR (From local airport/port to the client’s nearest one)
PAYMENT METHOD
- 100% Advance against pro-forma invoice (Bank Transfer) for small orders
- Irrevocable and confirmed Letter of Credit for important orders
DELIVERY TIME
Typical delivery time frame is 5-7 days, if we have the product in stock.
On large orders, or if the product is not in stock, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR TILES
• If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please open all boxes immediately and check for contents and damage.
• Please refuse to accept it from the carrier before doing a statement for insurance purposes.
• You must notify us of any damage or problems within three days of receipt.
CUSTOM DESIGN
The minimum order for special colors or custom designs in hand decorated tiles is 50 m².
The delivery time for Custom design is between 5-7 weeks.
